In compliance with Law 15/1999 of December 13, Protection of Personal Data ("LOPD") and Law 34/2002, of July 11, Services Information Society and Electronic Commerce ("LSSI"), users are informed and they expressly agree that the personal data provided to us via this website www.imfweb.com (”la página Web”), are included in the file "Customers", registered in the General data Protection Spanish Agency for Data Protection ("AEPD") under the Registration Code number, responsibility of imf Kitchen Supplies, SA. (IMF) established in Ctra. Logroño, Nº 35 01320 Oyón (Álava), who ensures full compliance with current regulations at all times for the protection of personal data.



II. PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

imf Kitchen Supplies SA (from now on IMF) informs users that the personal details you provide to Bodegas Riojanas to complete the form for collecting data located on the website will be treated to comply with legal and contractual obligations undertaken towards these users. 

Mandatory details that the users must provide to Bodegas Riojanas in order to register through the website, and to place orders through the same are: name, ID, phone, address, email address, password, date of birth, product shipment data and billing information.
