
RETURNS OR REPLACEMENTS POLICY
WAIVER OF PURCHASE
At imf Kitchen Supplies S.A., we want to ensure the complete satisfaction of our customers. For this and adjusting to Articles 68 to 79 of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of the Revised General Consumer Act, we provide the right to exercise the withdrawal of purchase, with a simple call, fax or email to any of the following services:

The procedure for exercising the withdrawal of purchasing, requires:
- The notification for any of the above means, within a period not exceeding 10 days from the order reception date.
- The return of the product in perfect conditions in its original packaging.
- Return shipping paid by the customer our facilities located in: Ctra. Logroño, Nº 35 01320 Oyón (Álava), indicating the number of the original order.
- After checking that the return complies with the above requirements, imf Kitchen Supplies, S.A. will pay the 100% of the amount paid by the customer for the returned goods, within less than 5 days.
- In the case of not meeting the above requirements, imf Kitchen Supplies S.A., will contact the customer to clarify any doubts or incidents detected.
RETURNS FOR INCIDENTS OR CHANGES
If by mistake, imf Kitchen Supplies SA. send a product different than the ordered by the customer (according to order confirmation), imf Kitchen Supplies S.A. will be responsible for handling the change thereof with the right product, at its expenses as well as the new shipment.
Incidents will be taken care following this procedure:
- Communicate to any of the services mentioned in the previous point, the incidence detected.
- From this communication, Bodegas Riojanas, S.A. will coordinate with the client the wrong product collection, and correct product delivery.
- Freight costs derived from this incident will be fully assumed by Bodegas Riojanas, S.A.
